On your way to the tomb of St. Matthias in Trier or another pilgrimage destination, you are looking for more than just a place to sleep for the night. You are looking for a place (anointed and dedicated to the Queen of Heaven) of rest, renewal, and reflection.

Our country inn in Kerpen-Niederbolheim is under the special protection of the Catholic Knights Templar. That is why the Knights Templar flag flies in the entrance area. Several brothers from this deeply devout community work here at the inn and understand the needs of pilgrims.

We carry on this tradition of hospitality and shelter for travelers with passion. We know what your feet and soul need after a long hike through the Rhineland countryside and before you enter the Eifel.
