When the Aachen factory owner gave his daughter a house for her wedding, little did he know that he was creating an architectural masterpiece that is still important in the region today. A place that still touches and fascinates today. Designed by British artist Sir William Morris - a pioneer of an aesthetic that combined fine craftsmanship and authentic beauty - the result is a country villa in the English Art Nouveau style. The likes of which cannot be found anywhere else in the region.

The two tower rooms are particularly enchanting. Nestled in the round onion tower - with small niches and a gentle play of light - they offer an atmosphere that you have to experience. Many wedding couples choose a tower room like this for their first night together as a married couple.
